The template

Print it, write one letter per box with a dark pen, then photograph the whole sheet — flat, evenly lit, all four corner marks visible.

Template Tip: Use the three lines to write consistent letters. Or don't if you're going for that sloppy look. Keep the letters inside the box. Anything outside the box won't be scanned.
